Refund Policy

The short version

You can ask for a refund within 2 days of your purchase if nothing has been downloaded. Once a file has been downloaded we cannot take it back, so downloads are treated as final.

Packages

The same rule applies to every package, including The Toolkit, The Pro Kit, and All Access: a refund is possible within the same window only if no file has been downloaded and no AI plan has been generated on the order. Generating a plan counts as using the product.

How to ask

Email robert1workbench@yahoo.com from the address you bought with and include your order date. We reply as soon as we can.

Tips

Tips are voluntary. If you tipped by mistake, email us and we will refund the tip.

Chargebacks

We keep a record of your purchase, your agreement to these terms, and any downloads. If you open a dispute with your bank we may share those records with them.
