- The date and time you agreed to the terms at checkout
- The date, time, and IP address of each file download
Why we keep it
To deliver your file, to answer support questions, and to respond to refund requests or card disputes.
Card details
Payments run through Stripe. We never receive or store your card number.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share order records with Stripe and, when a dispute is opened, with the bank handling it.
Your choices
Email robert1workbench@yahoo.com to ask what we hold about you or to ask us to delete it, subject to records we need to keep for accounting.
